Engaging Young Force

RAG is deeply committed to initiatives that engage the youth workforce, recognizing that this is a powerful way to contribute to societal development and cultivate the next generation of talent. Sustainable Future

We are committed to integrating sustainability into the core business strategy, ensuring that operations and products minimize negative impacts on the planet and society. We embrace eco-friendly practices, reduce carbon footprints, and promote resource efficiency.

We have a strong environmental policy and measure our carbon footprint/energy consumption in order that we can improve on this. For example we measure our employees commuting mode/time and offer active transport modes through a Cycle to Work scheme, reducing waste, using segregated bins for recyclable items, reducing paper use etc. In a monthly meeting we discuss the ways and means to save energy and waste.

Health is Wealth

We completely understand that the connection between a healthy body and a healthy mind is profound. Physical well-being often supports mental health and vice versa. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and enjoyable work culture contribute to cognitive function, mood stability, and overall mental clarity.

We encourage our people to walk/cycle to the office and walk during lunch time, advise them to take break after one hour of work, offer fruits in the office to stay healthy and fit.

We also engage with local community schools, Kilt walk to promote wellness in the society.

We encourage our employees to keep regular CPD and gaining approved certification such as Chartership, Safety Professional etc.

The RAG Engineers mentoring program offers both short-term and long-term commitments, where mentors and mentees are carefully matched based on career goals, skills, and interests. Regular check-ins, conducted both in-person and virtually, ensure consistent progress and development.
